The AI Content Pipeline automates everything except the parts that require human judgment. AI handles research gathering, draft generation, formatting, and deployment logistics. Humans handle strategy, voice, accuracy, and final approval.
Pipeline Architecture
Orchestrated through n8n with five stages:
- Brief: A structured input defines the topic, target audience, key points, and desired tone
- Draft: Claude AI produces a comprehensive draft following the studio’s editorial guidelines — tone, structure, technical depth
- Format: Automated checks handle heading structure, link validation, frontmatter generation, and SEO metadata
- Review: Human editor evaluates accuracy, tone, and strategic fit — the only mandatory manual step
- Publish: Approved content is committed to GitHub via API, triggering the Astro build. Live in minutes.
The entire chain from approved draft to published page takes under 5 minutes.
Quality Controls
The AI generates drafts — it never publishes them. This distinction is fundamental. Every piece passes through editorial review where:
- Factual claims are verified against sources
- Technical accuracy is confirmed by domain experts
- Tone is adjusted to match the studio’s voice
- Strategic alignment is validated against the content calendar
Post-publication, the system tracks engagement metrics and feeds performance data back into the briefing process. Topics that resonate inform future content planning.
